Planting tree in Livingstone American school…Shanghai

Planting tree in Livingstone American school…Shanghai

I sent some requests via CS( couch surfing ) to find a place to stay in Shanghai. Darcie who as an American teacher in Shanghai wrote me back saying she is not able to put me up but she is able to help me to plant a tree in her school with kids. After she talked with Dan who is her flatmate, Dan kindly invited me to his class to talk and he organised a tree to plant as well.

Today I met Dan in his class and he took me to a class where 4-5 classes had gathered to participate in our workshop and talk about trees. I should say that we really had a lovely day and finally we planted a tree afterward. Dan is going to help me to collect the stories kids are going to write about trees and send them to me which is such a kind of him.

The funny thing I faced there was a very funny Malaysian boy who just kept asking me questions about some funny stuff. he couldnt stop asking and some of his questions was really funny and I had to intrupt explaining pictures and answer him for many times.
